Operation Safe and Sober exercise

Crash simulation and first responder demonstration show students the real-life consequences of impaired driving.

Permission to Leave (PTL)

To ensure the safety, security, and timely dismissal of your student, Permission to Leave requests must be submitted by the parent/guardian as early as possible to the appropriate office clerk via email (see list below). Requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance, or no later than one hour prior to the scheduled pickup time. Providing advance notice allows staff adequate time to locate your student and ensure they are prepared for dismissal upon your arrival.

Please note that a valid photo ID is required for any parent or authorized adult picking up a student.

Information Required in Your Email Request

To prevent delays and ensure accurate processing, include the following information in your email:

  1. Student’s full name and grade level
  2. Exact dismissal time requested
  3. Reason for dismissal, including the type of appointment
  4. If not you, please indicate who will be picking up the student (please note that the individual must be on the student’s approved contact list in FOUCS)
    • If the student will be driving themselves, please clearly indicate this
